These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ns8 ("ns8", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the website accessible at https://ns8.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ns8 platform — including but not limited to placing wagers, claiming bonuses, using live dealer services, or accessing the sportsbook — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ns8 and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an account with ns8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ns8 does not permit gaming by individuals under 21, in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to internationally licensed casino operators.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered or attempting to register on behalf of a third party, partnership, corporation, or organisation.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with ns8 or any other gaming operator with whom ns8 is required to honour such exclusions.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions under applicable anti-money laundering legislation without prior written consent from ns8 compliance.

ns8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ns8 may result in account suspension.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ns8 platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

ns8 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by ns8 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, as stated in the individual promotion) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute 10%–20%.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active, the maximum bet per round is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500, as specified in the applicable promotion. Bets exceeding this threshold may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions apply a cap on the maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus winnings. This cap is specified in the individual promotion terms and will be applied at the time of withdrawal.
• Abuse and Fraud: ns8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and recover funds where bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent behaviour is detected. This includes, without limitation, the use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ns8 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All games offered on ns8 — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, and the sportsbook — are governed by the rules displayed within each game environment. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG software. ns8 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to override the RNG. Historically displayed results and paytables are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.

Sports betting odds are set by ns8's pricing engine and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical failure that affects odds or game outcomes, ns8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance.

All bets are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirmation. ns8 will not reverse confirmed bets due to Player error.

ns8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps may be set from within account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to be notified after a specified session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Loss limits may be set to automatically pause play when a predefined net loss threshold is reached.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ns8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering as an agent, reseller, or intermediary on behalf of another individual without express written authorisation from ns8.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access, play, or derive any unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
• Exploiting system errors, technical glitches, or pricing inefficiencies to place bets at odds that do not reflect genuine market conditions.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting any transaction that constitutes money laundering or fraud under applicable Malaysian or international law.
• Accessing ns8 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling services are expressly prohibited without ns8's prior written acknowledgement.

ns8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe following a request.
• Detection of irregular betting patterns or gameplay inconsistent with recreational use.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit made to the Player's account.
• Discovery that the Player is under the age of 21.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements necessitating account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, real-money balances will be held securely and returned to the Player's verified payment method if the investigation concludes without adverse findings. Bonus funds are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ns8, its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, game errors, or payment processing delays.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from technical failures or cybersecurity events outside ns8's reasonable control.
• Actions, delays, or errors attributable to third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, and banking institutions.
• Gambling losses incurred during the normal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

ns8's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

All content on the ns8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ns8 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ns8.

ns8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via platform notification or email where reasonably practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the ns8 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ns8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Players may also raise complaints directly with ns8 customer support in the first instance. ns8 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of consumers under Malaysian consumer protection legislation where applicable.
